Albert has over 30 years of legal experience in insurance litigation with extensive background in long term disability, personal injury, life, critical illness, and employment law. He has demonstrated and proven results as a skilled and full time Mediator for over 12 years in the GTA, as well as throughout Ontario and eastern provinces, Manitoba and BC. Albert has obtained a Certificate in Advanced Mediation in ADR from Osgoode Hall Law School, along with a Certificate of Advanced Mediation from the University of Windsor, Faculty of Law. He has also been inducted into the Ontario chapter of the Canadian Academy of Distinguished Neutrals (CADN). Although previously emphasizing in-person mediations, Albert presently conducts mediations using Zoom video conferencing almost exclusively. He is fully bilingual and can conduct mediations in French. Albert is very personable and undertakes a very balanced and straightforward approach in resolving disputes effectively.
